Get Nicotine From Your System

For years maybe you have been a chain smoker, been to a rehabilitation center and are now wondering whether any nicotine is left in your blood. The chances of any nicotine content in your body would be low because the enzymes of your liver convert 80 percent of nicotine to a byproduct named cotinine, which is readily excreted from the body within 24 hours through urine. The leftover nicotine is strained out from the blood by the kidneys and gets expelled through urine.


Instructions


1. Drink a lot (at least half a gallon in a day) of orange juice with citric acid to make the urine more acidic, which helps clear nicotine from your body faster.


2. Take a relaxing cool shower or dip in your bathtub. The cold water will stimulate your nervous system, resulting in increased vitality of your body. Follow this up with a sauna to help your body's excretory glands rid the body of excess nicotine through sweat.


3. Fast for a period of one to three days to help reduce the load placed on your body by the digestive system. This allows the body's natural cleansing systems to take care of extra stimulants present (such as nicotine).


4. Follow a diet rich in fruits with regular exercise to further the cleansing process and ward off any nicotine withdrawal effects.
