Buy organic foods and foods that are not just empty calories like junk foods. Chicken, milk, salads, seafood, and meats that are low in fat, but are high in nutrients will help keep you healthy and full. Complex carbohydrates in products like whole wheat breads and cereal are also essential for keeping your energy at peak levels that will ultimately help you win the fight against this toxic habit called smoking. A strong mental mind, free of cigarettes will be achieved by take these steps towards a richer lifestyle.


5. Join a local support group. Getting help and understanding from fellow members of the community who also share a desire to quit smoking is a great way to keep the focus on your battle to quit. The group and its organizer will offer support, encouragement, literature and possibly assignments to help fight this deadly habit head on. Many are offered free or at low costs.
