Buy Real Hair Patches

Hair patches can be made to clip onto--and thus cover--what is left of your own thinning hair, especially around the crown. Hair patches are also a nice alternative to toupees or wigs, which take more effort to keep looking nice. If you are considering this solution, here is where you can buy these products.

Instructions

1. Locate a place that sells clip-on human hair patches. There are several online (see Resources), but you can also contact wig shops in your local area if you prefer not to order online.

2. Either send in a bit of your hair to the online company you are ordering your patch from, or go into the wig shop of your choice. This allows the company to match your hair color accurately.

3. Place your order for your human hair patch. Large clip-on human hair patches costs approximately $70, and will cover the majority of your head. The price can go up or down depending on the area you are trying to cover up. If you order online, it can take anywhere from two days to a week to receive your hair patch. This depends on where you live and if anything special has to be done to the hair patch, such as having the hair dyed so that it matches your hair color exactly if the company doesn't have an exact match for your hair color.
