Homemade Contaminant Remover

Your body is filled with toxins. No matter how hard you try to live a natural life, your skin comes into contact with chemicals and oils in the air, not to mention the things contained in your food. Symptoms of too much toxin in the body can include fatigue, greasy skin, stomachache and others. Removing toxins is pretty straightforward; you should choose one or two methods that you think you would feel comfortable using.

Instructions

1. Drink water. The best homemade toxin remover is simply a large glass of ice cold water--or six glasses. By cutting out caffeine and drinking only water, you can flush most toxins from your body. If you do not like the taste of water, add a caffeine-free tea to it; tea is an astringent and will help to remove toxins.

2. Use a facial scrub. Mix milk with oatmeal and, instead of eating it, use as a scrub. It is a perfect exfoliant and will remove toxins built up in your face.

3. Soak your feet in a Magnum foot spa. This is a tub of hot water, with sea salt and some pleasing essential oils like lavender. Try to soak your feet in as hot a temperature as you can stand. After 20 to 40 minutes, the water will become cloudy with the toxins released from your feet.

4. Eat only organic, whole-grain foods. Although not the cheapest remedy, making homemade food with only healthy ingredients will give your body's natural toxin cleanser time to work.
